Our Story
Backyard Smokers is a family-owned business founded in Bakersfield, California in 2022. Our goal is to make BBQ sauces and rubs that not only have great flavor but use only the best ingredients. After years of trial and error working to perfect sauces and rubs with different flavor profiles, I am finally ready to share my craft with my community.
Our Goal
Our main goal is to get quality products to the home-grown BBQ connoisseur, hence the name (Backyard Smokers). We pride ourselves in quality and integrity in all aspects of business and barbecue. We do not cut corners (unless they’re the ends of our meat) and we believe this shows in our flavors and blades.
In addition to wonderful flavor profiles, we are equally as excited to sell high quality knives. After years watching people struggle to cut even the tenderest piece of meat, we set out to source the best knives possible to further enhance your barbecue experiences.
